HYBRID LEARNING AT EPWH

Important Update

E Prep & Village Prep Woodland Hills | Breakthrough Public Schools

Dear E Prep Woodland Hills families,

Thank you for your flexibility and willingness to adapt to remote learning over the past months. We appreciate everything you are doing to make this work for your scholar and your family. We also want to thank you all for your helpful, direct, and caring feedback throughout this fall — it has been especially helpful as we continue to make decisions amidst a shifting pandemic, always working to keep the best interest of our scholars at the heart of all decisions we make.

When we shifted to remote learning we committed to providing you an update in early December regarding our go-forward plans, and we are happy to share we have that update for you today. Upon return from the Winter Break —  starting Tuesday, January 4th, 2022 — we will transition from our current remote learning to a hybrid learning environment for our E Prep Woodland Hills middle school scholars in grades 5-8. This hybrid learning program will combine both in-person and remote learning, and will allow us to continue to offer the best educational opportunities to your scholar.

As we continue to manage through each phase of the pandemic, we appreciate your support as a community of parents, guardians, and family members — it is your commitment that makes our community so strong.

More information about the hybrid learning schedule will be available soon and will come directly from your principal. Please look for that from us on Wednesday, December 8th.

If you have any questions at all, our staff from our Family Partnership Office will be available to talk and answer any questions you may have. You can schedule a meeting by reaching out to  Arliss Prass at the Family Partnership Office.

Thank you again for your partnership,
