Dear Breakthrough Families,

This week, our Cleveland community delivered a meaningful victory on behalf of all of our kids through the Yes Vote on Issue 68. I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you for your encouragement and support on behalf of all kids in Cleveland. This decision will directly and positively impact each of our Breakthrough schools.

As we all know, this continued commitment comes at an especially critical time for our children and our community. As we continue to navigate the challenges of a global health pandemic, this investment in our children makes delivering the highest quality education possible, both remotely in the near term, and when we return back to in-person school in the future.

This was a true collective effort across our community, including partnering public charter networks like Breakthrough, our sponsoring District CMSD, and many others. As Eric Gordon said, “Passage of Issue 68 signals the strength, resilience and vision of a community known for your unwavering belief in the children of Cleveland and its commitment to their future.” Our thanks go out to everyone united together in support of Cleveland’s young scholars.

Thank you all!
