It’s good to be back, Breakthrough Family!
Can you believe it!? We are almost through our first week of the 21/22 school year, and it was a truly joyful occasion to welcome scholars back into our buildings.
Thank you to all families for helping to prepare your children for the first week of school, as this played a huge part in our successful week.
Families, it’s going to be a great school year! A few quick reminders:
Masks
- One of the ways we are adhering to health and safety protocols is by asking everyone within our school building to wear masks. Please support in this effort by sending your scholar to school with a mask each day.
Water Bottles
- All scholars MUST bring a water bottle to school daily, and take it home at the end of the day. Clear water bottles are preferred.
Transportation
-
Due to bus driver shortages, our transportation provider is operating a limited number of routes. At this time, all available seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, starting early September. Once full, all other requests will be put on a waitlist.
Uniforms
-
We are aware that Schoolbelles is on back-order for our logo uniform polos. A solid-colored shirt/polo is an acceptable substitute until more inventory becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause – rest assured your child will not be penalized if you cannot send them in the logo polo.
Thank you to everyone involved in this week’s return to school; scholars, staff, parents, and families. It feels good to be back.
Here’s to staying safe and healthy and having an unforgettable year.
With gratitude,
Arliss Prass
