Signing Bonuses — Up to $5,000 for intervention specialists and licensed teachers in high-need areas, including middle school math, science, and CMSD educators.
Referral Bonuses — Up to $3,000 for referring a qualified educator who joins our team. Your network is our best recruiting tool.
Simplified PTO — One unified leave bucket. No more tracking multiple categories. Plus a new year-end Flexibility Bonus paid at your actual daily rate.
Enhanced EAP Plus — Expanded from 5 to 6 counseling sessions, with financial and legal support, critical incident resources, and employer analytics to keep improving our programs.
