Connections classes give scholars opportunities to try art, music, and technology. Music and social-emotional learning are also part of the week for K–8 scholars.

Scholars have daily gym class, playground time, and teams including: Basketball, Volleyball, Cheer, Flag Football, and Track.

Woodland Hills uses iReady and M-Class screeners, unit tests, and benchmark tests in grades 3–8 to monitor progress.

Two teachers in K–2 classrooms provide more support, safety, and personalized feedback.
Clear routines and dedicated safety roles help create an organized environment where scholars can focus on learning. Yondr bags keep cell phones out of classrooms, while PickMyKid helps make dismissal safer and more organized.
