Hello Breakthrough family!
This week we want to welcome you to Breakthrough Schools by inviting you to the Breakthrough Schools Back to School Drive-thru Carnival on Saturday, July 17, 2021. The Carnival will be from 1pm-3pm in the parking lot behind E Prep & Village Prep Cliffs located at 1417 East 36th St, Cleveland. Please come out and experience our carnival from the comfort of your car. There will be free school supplies, lots of entertainment, and even a dunk tank. Bring your friends and family members to have a great time and learn more about Breakthrough Schools.

Summer Reading Ideas Week 6
Here are some recommended age-appropriate books for summer reading. These are not mandatory at all, we just wanted to share some summer reading ideas if you are looking for them for your child.
K - 2nd Grade
Becoming Vanessa
by Vanessa Brantley-Newton
This story will help kids just starting school transform from timid caterpillars into beautiful butterflies so they can love who they are. On Vanessa's first day of school, her parents tell her it will be easy to make friends. Vanessa isn't so sure. She wears her fanciest outfit so her new classmates will notice her right away. They notice, but the attention isn't what she'd hoped for.
3rd - 5th Grade
The Wild Robot

Can a robot survive in the wilderness? When robot Roz opens her eyes for the first time, she discovers that she is all alone on a remote, wild island.
6th - 8th Grade
Barakah Beats
by Maleeha Siddiqui
It's about a young girl named Nimra who ends up switching from a religious school to a public school, where she gets involved in a school band (Barakah Beats). It's middle grade but deals with a lot of grown-up issues, like changing friendships, staying true to yourself, finding your passions.

If you know someone you might want to enroll their child/ren in our schools, please let them know we would love to have them. We have six campuses throughout Cleveland and currently still have openings for next year in most grade levels.

We have a fun-filled summer planned, and we would love for you and your scholar to join us for these enrollment events over the next few months.
- Drive Through Back to School Carnival - July 17th, 1 to 3 PM
- Summer Enrollment Night - August 5th, 5:30 to 6:30 PM
- Kindergarten Parade - August 12th, 5 to 6 PM
