Registering for Remote Learning Centers

There are TWO KEY STEPS to securing a spot at a Breakthrough Remote Learning Center:

1. First, tell us you’re interested: Complete the short interest form by clicking the button below. You’ll need to scroll down to where it says “Apply Today” and provide basic information about your student and campus preferences.

2. Then, register with Open Doors Academy (ODA): Keep an eye out for an email from ODA with a required registration packet.  The email will come from “Mike Poggi via DocuSign" and the subject will be "Open Doors Academy RLC DocuSign Packet".  The registration packet includes a few forms required by ODA’s license, including Additional Family Information and a Scholar Health Agreement.

  • Didn’t get a registration packet? We do our best to send registration packets out as quickly as we can once interest forms are received.  If it’s been more than 24 hours, please email rquarto@breakthroughschools.org. 
  • Confirmation emails are being sent on a rolling basis.  If you haven’t heard from us 48 hours after completing your registration packet, please email rquarto@breakthroughschools.org. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
