Ready Set Go: 2021 Week 10
Welcome and welcome back to all of our new and returning families. We are looking forward to an exciting, joyful, and safe year for all of our scholars. To make sure you are off to a good start this week’s Ready Set Go is all about reminders.
- First day of school for 1st - 8th graders is on Monday, August 23rd
- First day of school for kindergarten scholars is on Wednesday, August 25th (Orientation is occurring on Monday, August 23rd or Tuesday, August 24th. Please call your school for details)
- The school day begins at 7:35 with an optional breakfast. The learning day begins at 8am and dismissal begins at 3:20pm
- Uniforms - We are aware that some families just completed enrollment and have not yet had a chance to order uniform shirts. We have also heard that the uniform shirt stock is on backorder at Schoolbelles online and in stores. Please do not let this prevent you from sending your scholar to school. They can come to school in their uniform bottoms and a polo-style shirt. The color of the shirt they can wear will depend on the specific school. Please call the school for details.
- School Supplies - We’re excited to announce that we will be providing school supplies for all of our scholars this school year and you DO NOT need to purchase supplies.
As you prepare for the first day of school if you have any questions about enrollment please feel free to call the Office of Student Enrollment at 216-367-5720 or if you have any questions about the school day please contact your school at the number listed below.

We're Coming Back!
Last year, EVERYBODY rallied together to keep the learning going at Breakthrough Public Schools. And now, we can say with great confidence: we are coming back.
Back to our friends. Back to our teachers. Back to our school communities. Back to in-person learning, outdoor adventures, and new technology. Back to safe classrooms, safe buildings, and exciting experiences.
We can't wait to welcome scholars back for the 21/22 school year, one that is sure to be extra special as we return to in-person learning.
