CLA PAC Update – 10/17

Dear CLA Families,

 

On Tuesday, October 22 at 5:30 we will be holding our October PAC Meeting. During this meeting, we will be voting on all positions for the year; please find the positions and descriptions on the back of this letter. The expectations for all PAC elected members are listed below:

  • Must be present at all PAC meetings
  • Must meet 1 hour before PAC meeting to discuss upcoming and past events
  • Assist during the week with fundraising efforts

 

In order to run an efficient meeting and hold elections if you are interested in running for any of the positions please complete the bottom portion of this letter and submit it to Mrs. Gruhin by Friday, October 18.

 

During elections, all interested candidates must come prepared to give a 2 minute speech about why you are interested in the specific position, what experiences you have, and what you plan to bring to CLA.

 

Announcements of PAC elections will be made on Monday, October 28.
