CEO Search Update

Back in December of 2020, the Breakthrough Public Schools (BPS) Board embarked on the process of seeking a new CEO for Breakthrough Public Schools, as a result of our founding CEO Alan Rosskamm’s upcoming retirement.  A diverse and inclusive CEO Search Task Force — with teacher, principal, academic, parent, alumnus, and board representation — has just wrapped the final stage of their work together, resulting in a set of excellent candidates heading into the final round of this process.  Please click here to read more about the process and click here if you’re interested in participating in the family panel during the final phase of the interview process.

Alumni Success Program Launch

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our completely new Alumni Success Program this fall! This new program, funded by incredibly generous donations outside of our traditional K-8 funding, will make our desire to support our scholars from kindergarten through career a reality in ways many of us never dreamed possible. From scholarship support to career-making connections, the investment in our scholars beyond their time at Breakthrough K-8 will be expanded exponentially.
