Recommendation forms to teachers by NOVEMBER 22^nd

To ensure that your application is completed on time

• Give your teachers the recommendation forms by

Friday November 4th

(teachers return them to Ms. Seiter)

• Give Ms. Seiter the rest of your application (completed in pen) by

Wednesday December 4th

 

• Ms. Seiter will combine your application, recommendations and CLA transcript and mail the completed application to the school.

 

• Students will get a notice confirming that their application has been submitted.
