BPS Family Update – End of Year Updates!

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the sunny weather this week!  We have a few more updates we want to share as we continue to close out this school year.  Please read on for information about summer camp, end-of-year technology collection, and our Missing and Absent Children policy.

Summer Camp Final Orientation!
There are still spaces remaining in Session 2 of Open Doors Academy’s in-person summer camp (Weeks of July 12, 19, 26 and August 2)!  The final orientation for interested families is being held virtually at 6pm on Tuesday, May 18th. Families who have already attended an orientation and registered for camp will be hearing more about their scholar’s spot directly from ODA by early next week.

End of Year Tech Collection
As the school year comes to a close, we will be collecting all school technology (chromebooks, ipads, hotspots, chargers). Our Operations and IT teams will work hard to ensure all devices are updated and ready to go for the 21-22 school year!  Please be on the lookout for more information from your school about tech collection.

Missing Children Policy & Information
Every year, we are required to provide families with our Missing and Absent Children Policy and associated resources. While we are usually able to do this in-person, this year we wanted to share this information electronically in order to ensure it’s accessible to all families.
