High School Placement
Breakthrough students have a unique opportunity to increase their chances of admission to high performing high schools through an early start to the admissions process. Our partner high schools give priority to our scholars by providing presentations, arranging informational visits, and other outreach activities. Our goal is to have 100% of our students placed by April of their 8th grade year.

On October 3rd, join us at E Prep Cliffs for our High School Fair, where you and your family can connect with local schools. Meet representatives from CMSD public schools, private, and parochial schools to explore the best options for your high school journey. Don’t miss this great opportunity to get a head start on your high school plans!
About the Fair
To help you navigate this next step, we invite you and your family to join us in person on October 3rd at E Prep Cliffs for the unique opportunity to connect directly with over 20 area schools! Our High School Fair will welcome a variety of CMSD public schools, area private and parochial (religious private) schools, all with unique offerings and opportunities to help you excel in your academic career.
At the High School Fair you will have the opportunity to:
- Ask questions and gather more information about schools you might be interested in.
- Introduce yourself to key members of the admissions team at each of the schools in attendance.
- Enjoy a pizza dinner!

Breakthrough provides its scholars with a strong foundation of career readiness before they even get to high school. Through career fairs, personalized counseling, and more, BPS helps students explore various career paths and develop real-world skills. This proactive approach not only broadens their horizons but also equips them with the tools and knowledge needed to enter high school with a clear plan and a strong sense of direction for their future careers. By fostering early awareness and preparation, Breakthrough ensures its scholars are well-prepared to navigate their academic and professional journeys with confidence.
