Campus International High School

CIHS is a fully authorized International Baccalaureate World School for the Middle Years (MYP) and Diploma Programmes (DP), offering only the IB Diploma Programme for students in the 11th and 12th grades. Through the IB and Campus International's partnership with Cleveland State University, CIS students have the unique opportunity to earn college credits in multiple ways.

Campus International is an International Baccalaureate Candidate School, and as such, our academic program reflects the requirements of this globally recognized and highly rigorous program. Students take courses in six different subject areas throughout their four years of high school, culminating in advanced courses during the 11th and 12th grade year. This program includes four years of world language study (students may choose between Spanish, French, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese).

In addition, all students at Campus International take a progression of courses known as IB Core, which includes major projects in the 9th (Community Project) and 10th grade (Personal Project) that ask students to engage in the subjects they are most passionate in as active researchers and citizens of the local community and the world. In 11th and 12th grade, the IB Core course supports students in researching and writing a self-directed and inquiry-based extended essay of 15 pages, culminating in a formal presentation during the senior year. The IB Core course also includes curricula to support college and career readiness, literacy, and social-emotional learning.

Campus International offers art classes, including music, visual art, design, computer science, and film.

CIHS currently offers 9 sports which include: Soccer, Volleyball, Cross Country, Basketball, Cheerleading, Swimming, Lacrosse, Track, and Softball.
