About Our High School

Olney Friends School is an independent Quaker boarding high school located in Barnesville, Ohio. We provide a safe campus surrounded by 350 acres of USDA certified organic farmland, which we integrate into our academics and student life. Our students are routinely exposed to project-based courses that take learning outside of the traditional indoor classroom into the real world. At the core of our education, we promote the values of peace, integrity, community, equality, and environmental sustainability.

Through our rigorous integrated transdisciplinary curriculum, our students become young adults who are able to think independently with compassion and act ethically in their personal and professional lives. With our small class sizes and dedicated faculty, we are able to provide personalized attention to each student, allowing them to excel in their natural abilities. As a result, 100% of our students are accepted to some of the best U.S. colleges and universities.
