How does the program work?

If you know someone who you think would be a great addition to our organization, refer them and earn a bonus! We are offering:

$1000 for a successful referral resulting in the hire of:

  • A teacher or school leader (Dean, Principal, Director of Operations) for the upcoming school year
  • An individual for current or upcoming non-teaching vacancies (Network Support, Operations, Friends of Breakthrough)

$2000 for a successful referral resulting in the hire of a middle school science, middle school math, or intervention specialist teacher

What happens after I submit my referral? 

A member of the Talent Acquisition team will follow-up with the individual you referred and encourage them to apply.  You will be notified if your referral is hired following their engagement in the application/selection process and we will also provide you with details about the bonus payout.
